Week 11 - Team Update – EyeGlass (Team #10)

Meeting time/location:  We met in person at ASB Burnaby from 1:30pm to 5:30pm on Nov 22nd, 2009.

Resolved/To Do:

-Came up with new company name and product name (because of potential copyright infringement)

Whole team with all teammate worked together in library from 8:30pm to 1:30 pm

Engineers: Matt and Eddie analyzed the results of our survey and made everal graphs for the result.

Raymond and another engineer, Sonca worked on implementation plan, milestone, schedule and financial plan

Donald profread what we had done so far and format everything properly

Our team met one of our advisor John Derrick for revising our business plan. He gave us some valuable comments

Engineers should have the following sections done (pending edit) by Wednesday:

- Personal biography: Position, responsibilities, strengths, biography

-          Find trends in  # of thefts/break-ins, etc. for value proposition

-          Overall industry analysis: Target market in industry

-          Promotional strategy, distribution strategy
