Week 9 - Team Update - Omnitech Systems (Team #9)

Engineers should have the following sections done (pending edit) by Wednesday:

- Personal biography: Position, responsibilities, strengths, biography

- Find trends in # of thefts/break-ins, etc. for value proposition

- Overall industry analysis: Target market in industry

- Promotional strategy, distribution strategy

- SWOT analysis – technical aspect (strengths, weakness, opportunity, threats)

- Product cost: BOM cost – titus; Prototype cost – titus + peter

- Operations:

o Phase 1 – Product development – create protype, find suppliers/outsourcers, filing for patent

o Phase 2 – Marketing and production,

o Phase 3 – growth

o Phase 4 – expansion

o Phase 5 – exit strategy

o Facilities

o Human resources

o Licences
