Team Update – Week 9 - Celo Innovations Ltd. (Team #3)

Annie and vivian meet at SFU Downtown Campus at 7:00pm on November 4

Minutes: 

Worked on the marketing section of the business plan (3hrs)

Meeting time/location: 

Jay, Pranav and Daniel meet with Athena from La Vie en Rose in Newestminster at 8:00pm on November 4

Minutes: 

Brainstorm and come up with a potential winning product with the appropriate material and design. (2hrs) 

 Resolved/ToDo: 

• Pranav and the engineers are in charge of the operational an product development. They will design the prototype so we can begin to sample it starting with Athena and her friends.  

• Jay will start the patent process
• Jay will get all of the cost and design components together to construct an impeccable financial model. 
• Draft of Business Plan- Marketing Plan - Vivian, Implementation Plan - Annie, Financial Plan - Jay
