Meeting time/location: We met in person at ASB Burnaby from 1:30pm to 3:30pm on Nov 1st , 2009.

Resolved/ToDo:

- Secured supplier in Quebec

- Finalized on design and implementation
- Determined pricing strategy

- Met with Advisor Bing

- Conducted market analysis and completed sale forecast

- Identified direct and indirect competitors

- Rough estimate of various costs

- Need to secure a place for office/warehouse in Greater Vancouver

- Next meeting set on Nov 15^th, 2009. By then the draft of the business plan should be done.
