Week 4 - Team Update - Rogue Avionics (Team #4)

Team Members:  Shan Shan Fu (BUS477), Jahanzeb Khan (BUS477), Sascha Belagamage (BUS477), Pavel Bloch (ENSC201), Jonathan Kehler (ENSC201), Farzad Abasi (ENSC201), Jalen Jin (ENSC201)

Meeting time/location:  We met in person at Tim Hortons SFU Burnaby at 7:00pm on October 4.

Minutes:

- Jahan/John to send business plan category/review notes to team
- Engineers, please review the Functional Plan, please make sure you understand the product
- Jahan/John will research the opportunities and markets
- Jalen will do research on better quality version of your current materials > later on do "product specification"
- Pavel will do research on his compressor idea
- Shan Shan will set up google docs to collaborate
- Shan Shan, Jalen, Jahan, Pavel to meet up Larry after 4:00 or 4:30 on Friday

 

Resolved/ToDo:

  • - Jahan found a few items that sold for $2 to $3 UV detectors, can't compete
    - John found a patent for UV detector that is sort of close to ours
    - No current players in Helicopter market
    - Jalen will work on the helicopter, should be able to make it by $50
    - Pavel has an idea for an item crusher, will look into it himself
