Met at SFU Harbour Centre at 9:30am on September 30,

SFU Burnaby at 1:30pm on September 31 and

SFU Burnaby at 10:30am on October 5.

Minutes: 

1.)    Vivian and Jay examined competitors’ product, reviewed business plan from the textbook (and allocated the sections to every member of the team) (2hrs).

2.)    Jay, Annie, Daniel, Pranav, and Victor discussed about our products’ design (1hr)

3.)    Business students reviewed sample business plans (1hr)

4.)    Business students make adjustments in the survey (2hrs).

Resolved/ToDo: 

• Engineers will make prototype with the new adjustments
• Vivian will put survey in google docs. Jay will send surveys to a couple of people and ask their opinion of the survey. Done by Tuesday October 7.
• Business students agreed to meet on Wednesday October 8 at 9pm in SFU Harbour Centre to a) finalize the survey, b) each team member sends 100 surveys to people who fit into the target market
• Everyone will meet on Thursday October 9 at 1:30pm in SFU Burnaby to begin analyzing data collected from survey and to discuss the updated prototype.
