Team Charter

Subject: Team Charter - (Team #9)

Course Title:  BUS477

Instructor:  Ean Jackson

Team Members (Business):  Aeron Kawakami, Aidin Niavarani

Team Members (Engineering): Titus Cheung, Kelvin Ho, Peter Zheng, Jack Qiao

 Team Member Skill Inventory (Areas individual members can contribute/want to develop)

Aeron will be our team leader. He will schedule meetings and organize the team.

Aidin is going to act as our business analyst to ensure the ideas developed are economic and profitable.

Titus will be the engineering lead. He will propose ideas and do research on engineering ideas.

Kelvin will act as our main research facilitator and ensure all the research is done by everyone.

Peter is our note taker for the meetings and part of the technical team.

Jack is our technical analyst to ensure implementation is feasible.

Ground Rules 

The business team members will meet a minimum of one day per week to work on the project. The agenda and the exact time and location is decided at the end of each seminar on 8:20 every Tuesday. The engineers may be needed at the meetings and will be notified on Tuesdays whether they will be required to come.

A copy of the notifications for all confirmed meetings is sent to the team on Tuesday night.

Conflict Management 

As the team members have other courses and obligations, it is reasonable that they may not make some deadlines. In this case, they must notify the team in advance, so the project will not suffer. If a team member is seriously affecting our project, we will first consult them about the issue. If there are still problems, we will report the issue to our instructor to look for a resolution.
