We've had several casual meetings since the beginning of the semester but we've made much progress this week with 3 separate meetings.

We have been lucky this far and not had any conflicts. The only real conflict we had was with one Engineer who was seemingly never available. He ended up dropping out of the group; and then there was four.

This week we've divided up different aspects of the business plan and will begin with research and some notes before our next meeting next Thursday at 4:30. We will then use these point form notes to compare with previous business plans and see if we are headed in the right direction, and what changes shall be made to correct any deviance. 

Completed drafts will include a full description and metrics of the product offered so that we may thoroughly build a plan around the product. The main issues to be resolved with this is the exact technology and application that will be used. At this point we will also discuss the feasibility of manufacturing the product on our own, or licensing the product after patent to existing firms with existing systems. 

Manager team bios will be brought to this session for each of the four members including our specialties within the company and resumes. They will be revamped several times as needed before submission.

In this weeks meeting we've set strong deadlines for deliverables, in essence planning the rest of the semester out based around our other classes, midterms, finals and projects of the like. This will be helpful in making sure our team stays on track and completes everything on time.
