BUS477

Shane Miller-Tait, Product Development Manager, Easy Plug, will treat the class to his award-winning elevator pitch.  He'll also share his perspectives on an executive summary and how you might leverage the work you do in BUS477.

Shane is a graduate of the University of British Columbia.  While at UBC, he took a course that is very similar to BUS477.  Over two semesters, Shane and his teammates developed the EasyPlug concept.  After finishing the course, they took their school work to other business plan competitions.  Shane and his team won 2nd prize in the Enterprize 09 competiton, narrowly beating the BUS477 team, Carve!
