Born in the United States, Pauline O’Malley chooses to live in Vancouver. From here, she travels to business centers like Copenhagen, Chicago and New York for one single purpose: To make people’s selling lives easier. Pauline’s extensive career spans 15 years in the insurance industry, 10 years in technology and 10 years in education. Pauline has always been determined to be the first in her field. In the 80’s she sold data via the internet for Teleglobe Canada before it was even called “the Internet”, it was called “Compuserve” then. In 1998 she embarked on a mission to create a more holistic method for business development that would incorporate marketing, sales and customer service. After three and a half years of testing with 260 individuals and companies in the technology, financial and manufacturing fields, Pauline published “The Revenue Builder® – Making Customer Relationship Management Work!”. To date, over 10,000 selling professionals from Fortune 500 companies including RBC financial and Merck Pharmaceuticals and independent entrepreneurs with no employees attribute TheRevenueBuilder® to their leadership and selling success. Pauline is also a tireless volunteer, serving on the board of Sales & Marketing Executives International since 1998, chairing various committees.
