As I mentioned in class, LawDepot.com provides some great legal agreement templates for a very low price (relative to a lawyer). As Ean mentioned, it is advisable toget any final documents reviewed by a lawyer for full protection, although I believe that the agreements that they sell are very accurate and are produced by a lawyer. If you are going to make any major changes to the agreements, please have them reviewed for your own protection.

I purchased a partnership agreement from them a few years ago and have uploaded them for your convenience. Feel free to change anything that is highlighted in yellow. If you change anything else, you risk creating an unenforceable agreement if not done with care. Remember the fundamentals of Commercial Law while you do this.
